Burger King in Ludenscheid

Ordered 3 times in the store and did not drive through the drive-in, waited 3 times for at least 25 minutes (once even 45 minutes!)! No apologies or a word of regret! Order otherwise as expected.

The shop is rubbish ... nobody can pack and deliver what you have ordered there. Something was missing again.

Delivery received after 2 hours. Forgot things and the rest was cold. Crushed bags. Driver no mask on. Keep it up!

Was better .. But it could also be due to covid ... 2019 5 stars .... End of 2020 only 3 .... Nothing has changed in 2021 ... Lider it is still the "standard" Citizens like nen whopper or long chicken are often old mushy and inedible, at least if you spend that much money .... But if you order a doeble whopper with cheese or something similar, you still get warmly fresh burgers .... But the rush is also great in covid times and the staff nonetheless friendly

Vouchers from flyers are not accepted digitally. Only as paper. Too bad. Then a family of four doesn't eat here.

We have about 15 minutes at the drive-in. waited and got no food because it was exactly midnight. Their employees at the loudspeaker were told that they also want to go home. Really outrageous!

Ordered a veggi burger. Veggi burgers unfortunately have bacon on it. The burger complained to the branch manager. According to his statement, it would be normal that there is Bacon on it. Had to search the internet on the Burger King site. And then to show the branch manager that there is no bacon on a veggi burger. With a lot of grumbling and absolute rudeness, we got a new one.

Everyone is very friendly there, despite the current circumstances with Corona and the strict requirements. The DriveIn was completely overcrowded and the waiting time was correspondingly long, but the team there did its best and we didn't have the feeling that people were dawdling. Despite the pressure and stress that prevails for the catering and the staff, you got a friendly smile. Something was missing from the order, we had a fairly large one, but I got the missing products without batting an eyelid. Hold on and carry on like this. Thank you for running your heels sore for us.

This shop is sooo bad, this shop doesn't even manage to document, calculate and hand over to the customer without errors. I'll try again in a few months.

Long waiting time, too few staff. Guests without mouth and nose protection were simply admitted. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

Really not really good in Lüdenscheid anymore. Burgers really don't look delicious anymore. And they don't really taste good either. The only plus is the drinks machine. There are no really tasty combos anymore.

New interior, very chic! I think the order terminals are a great thing. Otherwise good service, went quite quickly and tasted good.

Delicious, but the delivery service is for a ... 130min current delivery time, via Lieferando.de. In that time I would have populated an island and planted bananas so as not to starve. Average Delivery time is shown, but doubled after ordering. Let's see if the food is still warm. Stop delivering, you can't ... definitely not.

I've just been on the drive for 22 minutes. Fast food? Nothing! Not really sauce on the burger ... just incredibly bad !!

Under all cannon! One cannot speak of a "fast food restaurant" here. The service person behind the counter did not understand the order and entered something. The waiting time was extremely long (30min). The burger was COLD. The outside terrace was like a battlefield. I know much better Burger King restaurants. Ludenscheid? Never again!!!
